Returns & Refunds Policy — VAELRIC
At VAELRIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized or personalized items
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
